Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chip was surrendered to our center due to no fault of his own. He is a very cheeky and playful boy when he feels at ease. Upon first meeting, Chip can seem a little nervous (can you blame him at his size?), but if you let him come to you at his own pace, you will soon learn what a little character he is! Chip would likely be fine to join a growing fur family with another small dog for company. Larger dogs may intimidate him.
We can test Chip with cats for a serious adopter. As for a home with children, he may do okay in a home with children 10 years old+ but we'd have to conduct a meet and greet first.
