Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Riley was found tied to a post in Summer 2022, under the hot sun with no water and no food. She was left on a vacant plot of land. Riley was microchipped and appeared to be recently spayed. Several attempts were made to contact her guardian which resulted in ignored and declined calls. Riley was left high and dry.
One of our wonderful volunteers have been keeping Riley safe with them, and they say that she is the most loving, affectionate girl they have ever met. They think she would make a wonderful companion to someone seeking a new furry family member.
Riley is a young dog who has lots to learn and would benefit greatly from someone who could give her dedicated attention. She is very curious about the world around her. Riley enjoys playing VERY much and by VERY much we mean.., she's a bit over the top. She's a rough & tumble wrestler when it comes to engaging with other dogs that match her size and energy. Riley does have a prey drive so she will not be considered for a home with small dogs or cats (or any other small animals). This girl is so fun, very sweet and all she wants is her forever home, where she will be loved and safe.
