Meet 5 year old, 32 lb. friendly French Bulldog, Rockie. Rockie was surrendered to us by his owner, who no longer had the ability to properly care for him. Rockie's owner took him in about a year earlier from another unfortunate situation, where his owner/constant companion passed away. Rockie loves people, walks, and belly rubs. He is well-behaved as long as he doesn’t have a stuffed toy. Rockie is obsessed with toys. He is a great companion for people. He may react to other dogs. For that reason, he needs to be the only dog in your home. Rockie is a very solid, sturdy dog that needs an experienced owner, and no young children. The PAC-OC requires a completed adoption application, a home check, and an adoption donation. The standard adoption donation is $300. The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that develops and provides creative solutions to find safe, loving, permanent homes for displaced pets in our community.

We offer adoption services, as well as placement and referral services, to successfully match pets with highly compatible people and families. Through public education, we encourage humane pet care and responsible, long-term pet ownership. We bring together people with pets, and individuals with their community, to create the social change needed to achieve our goal of reducing shelter euthanasia rates and eliminating pet overpopulation.
