Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Friends got a call awhile back that someone had dumped a bunch of cats at a nearby home. Trooper was the only non-feral in the group and is one of the sweetest cats we have ever had in rescue. It is unthinkable that a family could abandon him in his senior years. He is a real trooper and meows and purrs and loves to sit on your lap and cuddle. His recent vet visit gave him a healthy thumbs up! Bloodwork and urinalysis were perfect and the vet thinks he is between 10 and 12 years old. He loves to cuddle with Lucy and they have become strange and strong friends, but he also loves to hang out with Little Spook. Please consider adopting one of his "tribe" also--he is a caring, sharing man and really enjoys his feline family. He is a lovely boy and would be a great first time pet for an older child, or a senior or a quiet family.
There is no adoption fee for our animals, but a donation to Friends is most appreciated and most needed.
