My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***The first step in the adoption process is to complete the adoption application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org***

Buttons is such a sweet lover kitty but she is kinda selfish about her humans and doesn't like other cats butting in on her lap time and attention.  Buttons is about 2-3 years old and would love a family that has lots of love for a kitty companion.  Buttons is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.  If you think this chubby cutie might be just what your home and heart are missing than submit that application!  Buttons would be good with gentle children too because of course that's just home hands that can give her pets!

Go meet their pets

Check out all of our pets online at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org or send in an application to meet a specific pet! Once our shelter is open for operation stop in during our open hours to visit with a fuzzy friend in person.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
