My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beans was rescued just in time from the ‘urgent’ list at a kill shelter. He is currently being fostered in Vermont, living with 5 other dogs. Beans is VERY well socialized. He loves his people, and enjoys other dogs who can tolerate his rough play. Beans lacks basic manners, but he is working hard to be a good boy and learning fast! He still has a lot of puppy energy, so he will need someone committed to continuing his training. Beans is a VERY large and goofy boy. He will hop around on his back legs like a kangaroo when he’s excited. Because of his goofiness, size, and strength, he would do best in a home with older children only. Beans has a very bad habit of chasing down moving vehicles. He will need a fenced in yard, or to be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors. Bean’s foster parents have a farm and based off his interaction with small animals, he would NOT do well in a home with farm animals, small breed dogs, or cats.
