Come and welcome Hazel! Hazel is our 3-year-old Chihuahua who is ready to cuddle up right next to you for some affection and attention. She is a quiet, little dog who is content just being by her new family's side instead of playing around. She is really the sweetest dog we have ever had at the rescue. Hazel would love to curl up right next to you or inside your lap when it comes to naptime. However, she does love to play with toys, especially with other dogs. We do believe that she would be happier in a home with another small, playful dog just like her friend, Nala. This is why we would prefer that they get adopted together. Hazel is that much of a barker at all, and she does not get aggressive in any way. If you are looking for an adorable and laid-back dog who is also obedient but still knows when to have fun, we believe that you should come down and meet Hazel! She is waiting patiently for her forever home, so fill out that application to meet her today.
If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order to bring them to their forever homes. Currently, we are driving animals far out on an as-needed basis!
