Otis and his brother, Oliver, were both surrendered to the pound for no fault of their own. When good pets are surrendered, it is either the owner is ill, died or due to a serious financial hardship. They are both great cats according to the foster and love to be loved on. But Otis is indeed "a scare-dy cat" when around people he does not know. It would be great if they went into a home together. There would be a discount for both.
