Meet Garfield! This sweet 10-month-old American Shorthair was taken in by a good samaritan when he was 5 months old, but his family needed to find him a new home and sought out help from a sister rescue of ours. He's now searching for his forever home - this sweetheart is friendly and lives with other cats as well as friendly, calm dogs. We do want you to keep in mind that Garfield can play a bit rough with other cats; however, he is such an affectionate cat to them when playtime is over. He is a cuddly and laid-back mellow boy who loves to cuddle up and be a lap cat. He loves to sunbathe in the afternoons and is an all-around very easygoing kitty. Not to mention stunning! He's got a big tail and the most beautiful patterning on him that we've ever seen. He also would be great with kids, as he has lived with them before! He is perfectly box trained as well. Garfield is patiently awaiting his forever home.
If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order to bring them to their forever homes. Currently, we are driving animals far out on an as-needed basis!
