Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Gemma...she is our LONGEST resident. Gemma is a shy girl that came in as a stray and has been adopted a few times. She is 3 1/2 years old, shy, but friendly. According to her previous owner she is NOT good with other animals. She must be an ONLY pet. She had children in the household that teased her with her toys, so preferably no children. She will chase squirrels or other small animals. They also said she is scared of loud noises. She loves bananas and Kongs loaded with peanut butter! This girl is protective of her home. She will bark if someone comes to the door. She knows sit and loves tennis balls. Her previous owner said she is a CUDDLER and a LAPDOG. She is our upfront office dog. She is so good and just loves laying in the bed and chewing on a couple balls. If you would like to meet her please visit the Taylor Animal Shelter. We are open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. We do close from 11:30-12:30 for lunch. We are also open the first Saturday of every month.
