Scotch really enjoys playing with other dogs and is good with children. He's not been around cats. He's playful and loving. Housetrained.
Scotch has the funny blue coloration on his nose and head that we saw once before in a rescue. He can also pull his wars completely to the top of his head! We do think he's a purebred but with his color and ears we are less certain.
