Everyone needs a friend, can I be yours?

Great dog but I am a little stumped as to breed. She has only one eye and it always looks as if she is winking at you and I think she is because she is saying ' look i see a cat and I am going to get it!' Yes Cinnamon will track a cat and so we better not mix the two in case she has more planned than a friendly conversation! Cinnamon is a very good natured dog and would make a great friend. Only a $30.00 adoption fee!
