My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

KIMBER ADOPTED

Meet Kimber... she is an adorable little girl about 5 to 6 months old. Typical of young Lab puppies, she has a lot of energy and loves to play in the water!!

Kimber has short training sessions every day. She is a really smart girl and catches on quickly! She is crate trained and almost house trained. She even walks beautifully on the leash, after having some time to explore the environment with her nose. She will need someone who will continue working with her and finding outlets for her energy.

Kimber loves to play and chase other dogs. She would love a medium to large dog in her new home to be friends with. She can play rough. Senior and little dogs would not be a good match. Kimber's favorite thing is to jump into her doggie pool and splash around and cool off.

Right now she is just like Tigger... bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, full of fun fun fun!! Her sharp little puppy teeth will be too much for young kids. Kimber really needs a home with other dogs. If there are any kids in the family, the children need to be at least 10 years old.

Kimber needs a home with a fenced back yard for potty, training and play time. A Lab puppy is not a good fit for apartment or condo life.

Kimber is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and on heartworm prevention. She is crate trained and almost housebroken. Still working on that.

You can see more information about adopting Kimber at www.LoneStarLabRescue.org Her adoption fee is $295. If you live in the DFW area, fill out the adoption application and we will be in touch.
