Vance is 3 months and 6 lbs. He's a little puppy with a BIG heart! He has some wire hair so we think he may be a chihuahua terrier mix and he'll probably be under 15 lbs when he's full grown. Vance is very sweet and affectionate, he loves his toys and is friendly with all people and other dogs. Vance will do well in any home where he can love his humans!
