Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Koda is looking for a family of his own!
Located in Coastal Virginia with his foster, but will transport to his perfect family.
Koda was originally spotted running the streets of Memphis, Tennessee. We assume he was bred and later discarded by his original “family”. He was finally caught in a yard because he heard children and wanted to play.
Koda LOVES other animals and children. Rarely do I recommend a home with small and young children, but I believe that Koda will thrive around other dogs and around an active and loving family. He is a bit shy, as he is wary of new people, but warms up incredibly quickly. Koda is great in a crate.
We estimate Koda is about one year old. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all vaccines, and is enrolled to begin training with The Dog Wizard once he is placed in his permanent home. Because of this training, Koda can attend free weekly support/maintenance classes at any Dog Wizard location in the country. Koda will need someone to continue occasional training with him and provide him with rules and some structure. He is very smart and also very obedient.
