For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
This helps Hi-Tor Animal Care Center with pet care costs.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dodger came in as a stray. He was dirty and had two big chain collars almost embedded in his neck. He appeared to have been an outside dog. He is very friendly and has met people of all ages. He does great with other calm friendly dogs but will chase cats. He would prefer a home where someone is home, or he has another dog to play with. Dodger does not like to be alone. Here at the shelter, he made friends with a female dog named Sony and now they play together in one of our outdoor pens. He can climb fences so he would need to be walked on leash or not left outside alone. He is very sweet and loves belly rubs and tennis balls. As you can see he can be dressed up for any occasion. Please email dogs@hitor.org for more info.
