Jerry is a silly, happy and fun guy! He’s approximately 4 years old and 35 pounds. He’s a bit goofy looking as he’s got a Flat Coat Retriever head, body and tail, but Basset Hound legs! We have sent in a Wisdom Panel to find out for sure what mix he is. He would love a young, playful, canine companion in his new home, but he would also do well as an only dog. He enjoys walks, naps on the couch and would be a great hiking buddy. He is rock solid on potty training and can be left free reign in your home because he's not a fan of the crate if you are not home, but strangely enough, he goes straight into his crate for bedtime sleep. He would like a fenced yard to play in, but he could be in a shared wall home as well. Jerry loves to cuddle on his foster mom’s bed and can go up and down the stairs easily. He also runs around the backyard playing with his foster brothers/sisters. Jerry loves other dogs and cats but should be fed separately from other dogs in your home. He is very particular about his food. Jerry would also prefer a home with children older than 10 years old. Jerry is neutered, utd on vaccines, HW-, and chipped.
