Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Camden but you can call me Cammy! I am a 3 year old female Siberian Husky. I was abandon at the shelter because of my skin condition that is very easily treated with medication and baths. I was so sad and scared until my foster mom took me home! Thanks to the WHS and my foster mom I received the care I needed and while My fur is a bit patchy my condition is slowly improving each day. I love long walks and hikes where I can sniff everything in my path. Oh, and food! I love food and eating things I find on my path, too. I am pretty chill at home, but I get super excited when my foster mom takes me out on an adventure! I do well in car rides and love feeling the breeze through the window. I love to run around the tennis court and chase tennis balls. I do get distracted when I see people around and will often go up to them and say hello. Although I am a husky, I much prefer to do my own thing than stick to the pack. I can deal with being around other dogs but I would make a great companion to someone who has me as an only pet. I am super friendly with people and great with children but I am not very good at making friends with other dogs. I like to show them who’s boss by giving them my best bark. I don’t like to disturb the peace at home, though. I rarely bark at home, but I will give off the cutest whistle when I am seeking attention. I will bark if put in my crate and when I see the pesky cat who tries to take over my couch. I do get a little anxious when my foster mom is away for too long, but that’s because I miss having her company. I am looking for my forever home with someone who is looking to enjoy the company of a sweet and easy-going dog like me.
