Cooper is a sweet playful puppy. He loves to play with other dogs at the Oasis and loves people.
He is affectionate and friendly to everyone he meets. Cooper was found running around the parking lot off of Cooper Road. That's where he got his name! After an extensive owner search. No one claimed this cute little puppy. He is a Lab mix and he has a lot of playful puppy energy. Cooper is dog friendly and just a silly little guy. He is eager to please!!
