LEO/ 16 YEARS / TABBY DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR CAT

Leo is a loveable and snuggly guy who came to Grey Face after his elderly owner passed away unexpectedly. Leo was dearly loved by his owner and had a history of excellent medical care over the course of his lifetime. He loves to be pet and is an excellent lap partner.

Dogs: Had lived with a dog for many years and they were good friends. Also gets along well with the resident foster dog.

Cats: Gets along with other kind cats.

Kids: Has not lived with children, but gets along well with the gentle and respectful grandchildren that visit the foster home

Health Concerns: Stage 2 renal failure, currently being managed by a prescription diet

Leo is a friendly and spunky buddy who is sweet to everyone he meets. He enjoys snuggles and is right there for affection the minute anyone sits down. In May of 2021 Leo was diagnosed with stage 2 renal failure that is currently being managed by a prescription diet, but he will need routine vet check-ups to monitor his condition as it continues to progress. Leo lived his entire life with his primary owner who cared for him very much. He would love nothing more than to be adopted into a quiet home where he can continue to receive lots of love and care.

Friendly Leo is looking for a forever family that would enjoy snuggling and petting him. His ideal family would be willing to see him through his medical needs as they progress and be his best companion in his remaining years.
