My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocket is a little Jack Russell Terrier boy that is very true to his breed. He loves people. Very friendly and loving. He just wants to please. Very trainable. Rocket is also very prey driven. He will get after anything small and furry or fluffy. He will need an owner that has a very very securely fenced in yard and someone who understands the breed. No short chainlink. No wrought iron. No electronic fencing. This is not the type of dog that can be left alone all day. We hope his owner can be home at least part of the day because he needs companionship and attention. Rocket is not a couch potato. Even though he loves lap sitting and cuddling he also loves running around and playing. Rocket is 3 years old and is super healthy. He’s neutered and current on all vaccinations. He is heartworm negative. Rocket requires a home with no other dogs, no cats, no critters, and no farm animals. He needs to be placed in a home with no kiddos. A home visit and a good vet reference are mandatory to adopt Rocket. His adoption fee is $275.
