Bailey is an adorable, sweet, fun, happy and healthy, five-year-old, 10-pound, male, black and white, Shih Tzu-mix looking for a loving guardian.

Bailey landed as a stray at Chicago Animal Care and Control. Because he was micro-chipped, he waited over a week for his family to claim him.

He’s friendly, full of tail wags and kisses. He’s mostly housebroken and crate-trained. But, he needs a refresher course. He gets along with other dogs, but prefers not to be humped by energetic younger dogs

Bailey is easy to pick up and likes to snuggle. He loves his walks and is great on leash.

Bailey is extremely healthy, neutered, up-to-date on rabies, distemper, Bordetella, heartworm tested negative, and on monthly heartworm preventative.

His adoption fee of $400 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.
