Hello there! My name is Pepper. I'm a 1 year-old Maltipoo. Ever since my dad surrendered me (my mama passed away and he wasn't able to care for me), I have been desperately seeking a loving FURever home. I tend to bark at new people (unless sitting on my person's lap)
