My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

NOTE: A portion of the adoption fee for Zizi is generously being sponsored by an anonymous donor. She can be yours at a reduced fee of $200 (pending the standard adoption approval process).

Zizi is a gorgeous girl with unique calico and tabby markings. She was a young mother and now that her kittens are grown, she deserves to be spoiled! While she may seem shy at first, she is quick to trust. She loves to have her chin and neck rubbed. She's a mellow girl with lots of love to give.

Zizi is friendly with other cats, often offering a head rub in passing. She loves to "mother" younger cats.

Zizi was born around January 12, 2021. She  is currently being fostered in Naugatuck and would love to meet you! She is fixed, is up-to-date on shots, is microchipped and tested neg for FIV/FeLV*

All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved.

Application for adoption can be found at https://www.fosterandforever.org/

Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24 - 48 hrs.

Meet the Pet

We are a foster based rescue. All our cats reside in private homes. A meet-and-greet can be arranged for approved adopters only.

Additional adoption info

The first step in our adoption process is for you to fill out an adoption application which can be found on our website, www.fosterandforever.org. If all is well on your application, we will contact you about setting up a home visit by one of our staff members.

****Please give your vet permission to release information to us as we check references.

The adoption fee for our cats covers the cost of spaying/neutering, age appropriate routine vaccinations, deworming, snap test, and flea preventive treatment. Some of our older cats are at a reduced price in order to encourage placement in a permanent home.

Thank you for your interest in adopting from Foster and Forever Pet Rescue!

NOTE; FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR FURBABIES AND ADOPTER’S CHILDREN, WE DO NOT ADOPT OUT TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE!!!!

More about this rescue

Foster and Forever Pet Rescue Inc, is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit rescue that was founded in 2011. We have been working since then to improve the lives of abandoned, abused and homeless animals by serving as an umbrella under which foster homes will provide care for homeless animals until loving permanent homes can be found.

We provide spay/neuter services, all necessary medical care, as well as food and supplies and more and find foster homes to care for the animals we rescue until we are able to find them forever homes. For additional information, visit our web site: www.fosterandforever.org or our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Foster-and-Forever-Pet-Rescue-181681898594898
