Hello, my name is Matt! I'm about 10 years old and right around 18 pounds. I get along well with other dogs that are my size, (definitely not males who are larger than me though). And i do well with cats too! It is my job to keep the squirrels out of the yard. I really enjoy sniffing in the yard, and enjoy playing with other dogs in my foster home.
I'm a pretty chill, laid back dog and would love a calm environment for my new home. I do well with older kids, but kids under ten would be too much for me. Again, a calm environment would be super! I do really well in the car, and don't make a peep. Speaking of being quiet, I don't even bark when my foster siblings bark, I'm that quiet! I'm potty trained, and use pee pads if needed when you are away for longer periods of time. Now I just need a loving home who will take care of me for the rest of my life. Maybe a single person looking for companionship? Maybe a retired couple who has some extra time and love to give? Maybe it'll be you?!
