My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smoot was rescued as a tiny kitten outside at a lumber yard where she was begging humans to help bring her to safety. She was a brave little kitten that was shy at first but with lots of love and attention in her foster home, she has blossomed into a sweet young girl that will make a wonderful companion. Smoot absolutely needs another kitty in her home as she loves cuddling with the other cats in her foster home and feels more comfortable around other kitties. Smoot can be a bit shy with new people but warms up in time and will benefit from a cat experienced adopter in a quieter home where she is given time to acclimate and trust her new family.

Because of the covid virus we have temporarily suspended our typical adoption activities. If you would like to be considered as a Foster to adopt candidate please complete an adoption application at https://www.tailshigh.org/home/adoption-application/ or reply to this post and tell us why you're looking to adopt. Each application is considered for approval on a case by case basis.

To be considered as a potential adopter, complete an adoption application. Completing the application does not guarantee it will be approved.

We are an all volunteer group and unfortunately are unable to answer every phone call, adoption inquiry, or application.

Please understand you will be contacted only if your application is approved.
