Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Carleigh is a 5 month old, beautiful blue merle, aussie-mix puppy with the cutest little overbite! She's partially blind, but it doesn't slow her down at all. She's super happy, playful and affectionate! Very smart and food motivated, she easily catches on to new things.
Carleigh knows sit, come, lay down, and has been learning not to jump when she meets new friends. She loves everyone and isn't nippy, she'd rather give lots of kisses! She gets along well with other dogs and cats, but cats don't always appreciate endless puppy kisses and her occasional game of chase!
Carleigh is looking for an active family to continue socializing her and to join on all their adventures. Be careful though, she'll eat rocks! At the end of a fun day, Carleigh is a total cuddle bug, ready to curl up in your lap. She is heartworm negative, up to date on routine vet care, preventatives, and microchipped. She was born with Endothelial Dystrophy, which effects the eyes so she gets daily eye drops, so this would be an additional cost to monthly preventatives and normal vetting costs.
She could have her vision improved with a surgery when she's big enough. Since she is partially blind, we do not recommend dog park-type settings as she can get lost in a crowded space, so a securely fenced yard is preferred.
