My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

We personally thank you for your interest in adopting one or more of our wonderful cats or kittens! We have invested a lot of our time, energy and resources to offer a second chance to these rescued kitties. Many have been through situations already and our goal is to prevent that from happening again. We are committed to seeing our cats through, as we have poured our hearts into them, and take our adoptions seriously, even after they leave our care.

We encourage an ongoing relationship with our adopters, and look for people that are easy to work with.

If at any time in the cat’s life you are unable to keep him or her, you are required to return the cat(s) to us.  We don’t stop caring once the kitties leave!

We make every effort that each adoption be successful. All adopters must complete an application. You must be at least 18 years old to fill out an application.  Please print clearly and considerately (for paper applicants). Please fill it out with complete honesty, – there is no “right” or “wrong” answer.

We have the right to refuse an adoption application for any reason without recourse if we feel that we need to gather more info, or for whatever concerns the well being of the kitties applied for.  If applications are incomplete, we can delay or deny an adoption.    Please give us a few days time to process your application and to get back with you, respectfully!

Very sweet loving gal - ready to make a home complete with you!
La Charm, originally named Ursa, but so sweet and small, the new name fits her better!  She is very very timid, afraid of loud noises and needs to be handled with care - not that she is mean, not at all!  She is just so timid, but in time, she warms up and even plays with laser lights, and likes catnip and toys. She doesn't mind being carried around or held.  She just needs reassurance that she is safe, and loved.  At one point, she even buddied up with another cat prior to her rescue, and that seemed to be god for her.

One thing we noticed about this sweetie is that one of her eyes doesn't seem to dialate properly.  Our vet said it is not effecting her health in anyway or showing as a problem.  The only other way to get more info is to keep searching specific vets and run costly tests.  It may never turn into anything, but there is nothing 100%.  Our vet gave us this link for consideration, but did not say this is conclusive - https://www.petmd.com/cat/conditions/eyes/c_ct_anisocoria

Please don't let that hinder your consideration!  No matter what cat you choose, there is no way to tell if they will always be in good health or go into reverse, or how long they will live, or never have any issues at all. We all do our best, and they deserved to be loved and cared for.  They know nothing else.  She will be glad if you choose her and give her a wonderful future with you!
Please fill out an application to get started!

Transport is provided within reason. If you have any trouble filling out the application (best on laptop or PC), then we offer a fillable PDF on www.AllThingsKittyBoutique.com, under helping cats, adoptable kitties, you'll find one there at the bottom of the page. Please contact us if you have any questions or any issues with applications!
Thank you!

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Each cat adoption includes vet work; Spay or Neuter, Appropriate Vaccines, Microchip
(for most cats), FIV/FeLV Test, basic parasite treatments like deworming and ear checks (for mites),
and any other potential medical need at the time he or she is in our care.  Courtesy listings or cats that are not in our immediate care, may not have all the listed services and can be discussed at the time of an interview.

We also include an adoption  goodie bag with Premium Cat Food,  canned cat food, toys, feather toys or string toys, laser light,  adoption folder with vet history, healthy pet care and product brochure with subscription offered,  any available coupons, and as much information as needed to help you with your new kitty!  Similarly, cats that are courtesy listings or not in our direct care, may not come with these incentives, or may have other belongings to go with them, which can be discussed during the interview stage.

Adoption Fees:

An adoption fee or donation is used to help recover the medical expenses for each of our cats, and for their needs while in our care. The adoption fees vary depending on popularity, adoptability and other factors we take into consideration.

Our fees range from "any donation" - to 40 or 60 or so, for adults or over 1 year.  Average is 60 for teens, and kittens are 75 - 100 or so, depending on medical costs.  All fees are potentially flexible but we tend to consider it to be a reflection of the adopter's value in our kitties and their state of mind.

More about this rescue

Mission Statement:

Our mission is dedicated to rescuing and protecting unwanted felines that would otherwise be euthanized. We see to it that our felines are spayed or neutered as to reduce any potential unwanted lives in the future. Our friendly felines are adopted out into forever homes, while any feral felines are carefully relocated or returned. In our efforts, we assist and educate others in taking responsibility, the tradgedy of pet overpopulation, and the importance of saving lives by means of spaying and neutering.
