Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Brindle has one of those frosty faces that’s hard to resist, and this senior also has a big personality that will capture your heart! Brindle originally came to PACC back in 2022 when she was wandering on her own and walked right into the home of some kind strangers when they opened their door. Just walked in and made herself at home! The very kind people let her stay with them for a few weeks and said she is housebroken, very well-behaved and obedient, knows tricks like down, shake, and sit, and is a total sweetheart.
Brindle was adopted but sadly later returned to the shelter in heat distress. Our amazing clinic team got her cooled down and feeling better, and this gal is just as lovely as we remember!! She wants nothing more than to be next to her person’s side, getting all the scritches she can!
Brindle recently spent several months in a foster home where she was a great houseguest. When left alone she played with her toys and took long naps. She was housebroken, polite on leash, and loves soft toys and treat puzzles. Brindle’s foster said that she absolutely LOVES people and is a wonderful companion. When she gets excited, she gallops around with a silly grin and grunts like a happy little piglet!
Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said about beautiful Brindle:
“This sweet and lovable senior is affectionate, smart, easygoing, and well- behaved. She really, really, really loves people and sees the good in everyone. She is outgoing and great with all people and is a perfect couch potato. This good girl has been bounced around and needs and deserves a loving, stable home where she can live out her retirement years in comfort.”
Brindle is definitely a people person but is less certain about other dogs and may do best as your one and only. If going to a home with other dogs, a meet and greet with any resident pups is required. If you’re looking for a devoted and loving companion, Brindle is the one for you. Please come to PACC and meet her today!
