My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fedora, DOB: 2/20/2019, 74lbs, came to us after Animal Control was called to a property in WV for dogs being tied and left outside. When animal control showed up three dogs were taken off of the property and little Fedora was one of them. Fedora is a very sweet girl but is also shy and timid to new things. She will need a patient adopter who can help her with her nervous energy and anxiety to new things. Despite her nervous energy her favorite thing to do is take car rides and feel the air on her face. She loves attention and to be pet and loved and just go where you are going. She is currently in a foster home and learning the crate, what toys are and what it's like to live inside. Her foster family has other male dogs that she is learning to trust as well, and she would benefit from having a male dog companion to help her that is calm. She needs some time to trust again. Fedora weighs about 74 pounds and will not get bigger than that. She is most likely a mix of husky. No small pets or cats.
