Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In Salt Point, NY
This sweet boy is Cooper. He is 11 years old and up to date on shots, heart worm negative, and just had his teeth cleaned.
Cooper has a lot of love left to give when he finds his furever home. He is a quiet guy who does enjoy a walk or 2 a day. He would love a fenced in yard to run around in because he cannot be trusted off the leash. He gets along with other dogs who have a lower activity level.
He is house trained and loves riding in the car. He is crate trained but does not need be be crated because he pretty much just sleeps when no one is home. He loves sitting on the couch and cuddling. He is not a fan of thunder storms but gets through them ok without medication. His previous owner says that he is not good with young kids and he will probably chase cats. He does have a heart murmur and is on medication for that.
If you think Cooper would be a good fit for your household and that you would like to shower him with love through his golden years, please fill out an application so this senior guy can find his furever home.
