Rose and her bonded sister Dorothy were rescued during a snowstorm with one of their sisters. The rescuer was able to keep their sister, but Rose and Dorothy came to live with HRC so they could learn to be social kitties. They went from hissy, terrified babies to sweet little girls looking for their forever homes.
Rose is more independent. She'll probably warm up to her new home fated, but once she's decided she's safe she'll spend more time doing her own thing. Once she's ready for love, though, she makes the best kitty biscuits while begging for cuddles. Once she's decided she's had enough love, she'll be off doing her own thing again.
Rose and Dorothy are very loving but they're also shy. They're looking for a home with an experienced adopter who is willing to go at their pace. They need patience when introducing to other pets and prefer to approach you rather than have you approach them.
Both girls are spayed, are up to date on rabies, FBRCP, and FELV vaccines, and are microchipped.
