Hey y'all, my name is Waylon. I'm about 9 years old and I'm a large boy, weighing about 75 pounds. I adore people! I love to love my people, and show them how excited I am to see them with my wiggle butt. I also really enjoy leaning on people, so although I do well with children, small children could get unintentionally knocked over, and I would hate to hurt anyone!
I have a stuffed animals that is my baby, and I carry around so proudly. If you tell me to go get my baby, I will run and grab it and bring it to proudly show you! I have good manners, I'm housetrained, crate trained, and leash trained. I know basic commands, too! I'm a great Netflix and chill buddy, and sometimes I'll even test your lap out by trying to crawl onto it. I might not realize my size at times. When we aren't watching TV, I will happily play with my toys. I'm the perfect companion for someone who doesn't want more than one dog, but can still live with others too, although cats aren’t my friends. My foster mom says I'm also a pretty good looking gentleman! There is surely someone out there to love me, and get my love in return, right?

We are only making an educated guess based on a few factors like teeth, fur color, and overall body condition, but for dogs who have not been given adequate vet care and food, it can be even more difficult. Every dog is an individual, and we do our very best to age appropriately but make no guarantees as to the age of any dog in our program.
