Both Daryl and his sister Rosita are pups with megaesophagus which will require special care and they may never outgrow it.
They are typical pups in terms of energy and activity. Daryl and Rosita eat 3x a day. 20 min before each meal they need their medication. They need to be fed in an upright position, soft food, canned or blended kibble. Then they need to be kept upright for 30 min after each meal. They need to be monitored closely for any signs of aspiration pneumonia. They may or may not outgrow this condition.
A special person or family is needed for these pups who can be adopted separately. Both are covered by pet insurance that an adopter can maintain. If you want more information or interested in meeting these pups, call or text their foster mom Julie at 503-332-4320
