Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Beautiful Maddie! She is a White Shepherd mix (possibly with Husky), 18 months old, and approx., 54 pounds. She is a typical working breed with lots of energy, and sweetness that requires the right home.
She would prefer a home with another dog that is playful and submissive, that matches her size, personality and playfulness! Or she can be an only dog provided she gets plenty of attention, exercise and activity. Must be fed separately. Not good with cats. She loves to be active so she would need an active family that can spend time with her and include her in all their family activities. She would be fine around older teens. Maddie knows the leave it cue already, and working on basic cues. She will need a home that has experience with working breeds and willing to provide continued obedience training and love. She's very smart, has a goofy personality and very wise towards humans and dogs. She was starved prior to her rescue so if she goes to a home with another dog she would have to be fed separately. She needs stimulation and lots of toys, as she's young and active and can chew if not given plenty of chew things and exercise. Prefers a stay-at-home or work-from-home family member since she is not used to being crated. She is not suited to go to a home with cats. She's an all-around sweet loving loyal pup and would do great being a best friend to someone wanting a companion dog. She can fit in multiple environments, but definitely needs a home with a large fenced-in yard, no exceptions. She's a silly girl who does have a prey drive and tries to catch flies. Loves to ride in a car. There is never a dull moment with her, so an active family is best. She's fully medically vetted; spayed, up-to-date on all vaccines, heartworm tested negative, and microchipped.
