Hello darlings my name is Cherry I was rescued from a very abusive home, they would hit me repeatedly causing me to be extremely hand shy and they let their larger dog attacked me when I tried to eat my own food. I am not dog aggressive or terrified of other dogs however I do prefer to eat alone and I tend to scarfed down my food as if it were my last meal. Since coming to the rescue I have opened up a little but I have a very hard time trusting people when I first meet them. I am extremely submissive and will flip on my back whenever anyone approaches me but I absolutely love kids and crawl into their laps and stay there as long as I’m allowed. I like cats and I get along well with other dogs large and small I can acclimate to any environment: a house, apartment, condo, mobile home or RV. I am very calm and gentle and just need someone to show me love kindness and patience, if you sound like my forever family please contact my rescuer with her information listed above my story!
