Bono is a 1 year old, 20 pound, chihuahua/terrier mix.

Activity level: medium to high

Welcome, Bono - a playful, sweet, happy guy who likes everyone and animals too! He is known for his intelligence and therefore will need a family who will engage him in mentally stimulating activities (like dog puzzles) and will make sure he has physical exercise each day (walks, hikes etc). He is very good on walks and loves riding in the car.

Bono is an excellent companion dog, he will be by your side every minute so you won't have to worry where he’s at! He's a lover and wants to cuddle and be held after his morning breakfast. At night he likes to sleep curled up next to you.

He is learning to love toys which is helping him to entertain himself. He needs a dog buddy to engage him in play and for company. He would like to have a "jump off" so you can see when he gets excited he jumps up a couple feet into the air!

Manners and Training:

Bono know basic commands of sit, come, wait, and understands what no means.

He is housebroken but will need patience adjusting to a new home and routine.
