My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Pepe's owner turned him into the shelter on 5/11 because he kept escaping the fence. We don't know details about the fence height or if it was secure all the way around. But, it sounds to me like Pepe is curious about the world and seeks adventure! Are you looking for a buddy to join you on your hikes? Pepe would love to come along! He promises to be the best boy! Pepe's owner did report that he is house trained and is good with kids! Pepe is 2 years old and weighs 53 lbs. He is current on his vaccines and has been neutered. He will be microchipped and heart worm tested upon adoption. Please come meet this handsome boy in run 77, his ID # is 636352.

Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.

This pet and many others are available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, call (770) 499-4136 for more information. Shelter hours are: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only until further notice, CLOSED Mondays & Holidays.
