Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Shea 6528
As could be expected, 10-month-old Shea is a youthful pup with lots of energy to spare but quite unexpectedly, he demonstrated a well-mannered skill set as he joined the photographer for a fun-filled adventure in the park. We are not sure where he learned his civility but perhaps some are just born with a chivalrous profile. As is the usual for our canine friends, Shea romped the park and showed off his enjoyment of the freedom with a seemingly unlimited space to explore. At the request of the human, Shea performed numerous hops onto the agility platform as well as repeatedly presenting his “really wants to please” anticipatory sit. Even on a rather cool afternoon, he happily jumped in the doggy pool, a rather unusual feat for a Great Dane genetic. The real fun was watching him peer over the edge of the pool and pause motionless as he “stalked” a bark park regular, the world’s most beloved canine Teddy Bear squeaky. Shea’s courteous nature shined through, and he left the toy unscathed as he slowly approached the photographer and gave a gentle, knowing touch to the always available treat bag. The hint was perfectly realized, and the human got the well-intentioned message. Shea is still a youngster who is continuing to grow in stature, and with the friendship and guidance of his loving adopter, will continue his welcomed pursuit of refined decorum.
