My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bailey is an Australian Shepherd / Border Collie blend. She is a Champagne color and is a 6yr old female. She is UTD on preventatives and vaccination and weighs about 30-40 lbs.

She is affectionate and sweet with her core people and always wants to be around them. She is a brilliant girl and has been learning new skills and boundaries well in a very short amount of time.

Bailey loves to go on walks and loves balls of all types (though squeakers are a plus). Daily exercise is a must or she can become anxious. She likes soft chew toys but she will destroy even the 'super chewer' variety very quickly. She has gotten much better on the leash as she is highly food motivated which has made training easy.

She does not like other dogs and likely would be best in a household without children. Unsure about cats. She can be reactive and does have a bite history when stressed from other dogs. Proper introduction to new people is key but she can warm and will bring her spiky ball for her new friend to throw.

Her ideal home would be a quiet household, such a single person or a couple looking for a hiking companion. She is fine alone in the home uncrated and has not chewed any furniture or objects that were not meant for her. Bailey is all about her routines and would do best in a predictable environment.
