My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our beautiful girl, Dior, is finally ready to find her forever home! Dior came into our care with a uterine prolapse. She needed emergency life-saving surgery, or she would not have made it that much longer. In part, it was made possible by all the donations by this amazing community of animal lovers. Dior is exuberant, friendly, loving, and just completely lovely. There is nothing better to describe her. She is higher energy, but with daily walks, a backyard, and just your attention, this gal will be an amazing companion. You will not find a more loyal or happy companion than Dior. This cutie’s favorite thing is to give hugs. That is her favorite way to greet everyone, and all she wants to do. This sweetheart knows how to seriously snuggle!

Dior is dog selective, so a meet and greet is definitely required, and she needs a cat-free home! This darling knows how to sit, and we are working on lying right now with her. Dior is strong, though, and needs to work on her leash manners. However, she is VERY treat-motivated and listens well once you have her attention. She loves to play with toys, but not for long before she is crawling into your lap for kisses and pets! She would be great as a companion for an individual or for a family with children beyond the toddler age. After all Dior has been through, it’s time for her to enjoy life and live happily fur-ever after in her forever home! Is that with you?
