HISTORY: The woman who rescued Sitting Pretty Kitty feeds the local street cats daily in her neighbourhood in Egypt. She knows everyone. One day Kitty showed up. Scared but clearly social, the rescuer knew this cat was abandoned …. likely because she went into heat. Most cats that are tossed out onto the streets are tossed for that reason. Their family either doesn’t believe in spaying or neutering, they can’t afford it or they can’t be bothered.
PERSONALITY/CHARACTER:
• LOVES to be picked up and cuddled (as you can see in the video).
• Lap cat
• Loves humans.
• Playful. She is highly social and interactive with people and kids.
• Very sweet and gentle
• Super trusting of people. You can easily pick her up.
• Will hang out with you on the couch and sleep with you at night.
• Happy and content
• Communicative; she will chat with you when she has something to say.
• Enjoys looking out the window to watch Nature TV :)
• She is amazing with children as long as they are calm, kind and respectful of her (i.e. no pulling tails or picking her up against her will).
IDEAL HOME ENVIRONMENT: Sitting Pretty Kitty would do well in any loving home that will interact with her, either with or without children and/or with or without another easygoing and chill cat like she is.
