My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Jupiter is a very sweet, friendly, and energetic dog. She is about 35 pounds, mostly black in color, but has spots of brown and white. She does shed, but I found that washing her with a certain shampoo greatly decreases the amount.

Jupiter knows sit, down, stay, and come. However, stay and come can be a tricky when there are distractions around. She can be left out (i.e. not in a crate) in a closed door room with little to no problems. She does have destructive tendencies during thunderstorms and fireworks. She is somewhat cautious of the crate and might bark a few times when put in, but then will settle down. She does well with other dogs. She is potty trained to go to the bathroom outside.

She has lots of energy, but knows when to be calm as well. She is also a very cuddly dog that likes to stay by your side.

I would recommend a home that has at least one person who is home the majority of the day and a backyard would be a big plus.
