Millie was an owner surrender to a friend who couldn't care for her but made certain someone wonderful would! Millie is a beautiful brindle colored girl with a heart as big as her paws who looks to be just under two years of age. She loves to play with toys, go for long walks and car rides, and sneak in as many slobbery kisses as she can. Millie has a wonderful disposition, is well behaved, knows her basic commands and listens well. She's very affectionate and playful, and can get a little rambunctious when excited, like most pups her age - still plenty of puppy energy - but is easily corrected. Millie is said to be incredibly gentle with the small children in the home but it should be noted, as a larger dog she can still jump and knock small children over. Millie has so far been non-reactive to other dogs and cats. Millie is a little fearful when it comes to the crate, but not at all when out, and is easily confined to her own space when needed. Millie is with a foster in the northeast so a meet and greet can be arranged for an approved adopter. We are looking to find Millie a wonderful, forever home!
