Bailey arrived in our rescue around April 2021 with 4 babies. She is a Beagle/Hound mix. When she arrived she was in need of a healthy diet and some TLC. Her babies were about a month old so she was still nursing. She came from a back yard breeder in the south. The yard was a terrible sight. Bailey had her babies under a rusted old stove. As soon as her & her babies arrived, she went right to our vet. We found out she was heart worm positive and had to wait until she was done nursing before she could start her medication. She is now heart worm negative. She is healthy & thriving and almost living her best life. The only thing she needs is a home & family to call her own.
Bailey gets along great with other dogs and adores people. She is very sweet and smart she would be very easy to train. She is house trained to a doggy door she would need to learn your system for house training.

Hey there! I am Russell, a handsome and very well-behaved fella. I am about a year old and weigh 25 pounds. My Mom is a Beagle and my Dad is a hound dog, like Elvis sang about. I am not a big barker even with my lineage. I get along well with all the other dogs in my foster home, and I adore people. I really love playing in the fenced yard here but mostly I enjoy relaxing with my friends. My foster Mom says I am laid back and very sweet. If you wants lots of love and kisses, I am the boy for you. I even smile when I am happy!
I am neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. I am housetrained to a doggie door and will need time to learn your routine.
