Ryder is a lovely boy that has been through a lot in his short life. Originally adopted out of a municipal animal control in another county far from ours, several years later Ryder came to us after his owner was in a terrible car accident on the freeway and he was ejected from the car. His family could not deal with him as well as their now complicated health status, so Ryder was surrendered to us.
Ryder, as a result of the accident, has a bit of a head tilt. This does not affect is overall health or day-to-day life, just aesthetically makes him a little sideways.
Ryder would love to have a home where he has a person near him much of the time. He doesn’t like to be without his person; it makes him rather sad. Ryder is a good boy who loves to play with squeaky toys very much and is great on a leash.
