My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Venus was surrendered by her owner in Texas and brought up North for a second chance! She is 65lb She's a fun loving girl with a big personality and a sense of adventure! She loves to play and be around her humans, but is crate trained and settles down quickly with some calming music.

She likes exploring and having new experiences. She loves the water, although she hasn't learned to swim quite yet. She would love to go hiking with you, play fetch and learn new tricks!

Venus is looking for someone who will continue to work on her manners and training and who has an active, playful lifestyle! Venus loves her dog friends but can be too much for some dogs and needs a slow intro.
Because she's a big girl with lots of puppy energy, she would do best with larger dog friends.

Venus would likely do well with older children, but until she works on her manners more would likely jump on and knock younger kids over (she is a bit of a klutz.)
