Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Andy, a handsome mackerel tabby, was rushed to AALOC after being hit by not only one, but two cars. Luckily he survived but was badly injured. Andy had emergency surgery to repair two broken hips and is now in tip-top shape, ready to be adopted by his forever family.
Andy likes to be the center of attention and is very charming. Andy is cool – and he knows it. Like most tabbies, Andy is very friendly, playful and super smart and gets along well with many people and animals. Andy loves to be petted and will get up and greet you when you walk in the door. He purrs super loud and he has bonded with Mommas, another cat at the shelter. Tabbies though have a tendency to pick a favorite. They are so smart they understand some people and animals are more companionable than others. Will you be his special one?
Please submit an application to adopt Andy at www.AALOC.org. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Andy and get to know him a bit.
Donation of $100 for cat adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit. We adopt to residents of Orange County, CA and surrounding areas. Please note: For families with children, we require children to be 10 years of age or older, although exceptions are made depending on the circumstances. For more information on adoption policies visit our cat adoption page at www.aaloc.org. Contact us by e-mail at aaloc@aaloc.org
