Scout is a high energy 3 year old boy who is looking for his very own person to love and a home where he can belong. He is the epitome of a Velcro Aussie. Scout needs a special home where he is the ONLY pet. He wants all of the human attention to be on him and him alone. In return you will have the most loyal and devoted companion ever.
Scout needs a fenced yard where he can run and play. He has been working on his leash skills but is reactive to cars and strange people he meets on walks. A rural setting or quiet, low traffic neighborhood is best.
Scout has some anxiety issues and needs a lot of exercise to work out his energy. He is a big, strong boy and needs a strong leader who will provide structure and boundaries.
He is housebroken and is a well behaved boy in the house. He is not crate trained. He needs to be the ONLY pet in the home. It needs to be just him, and he's worth it.
Scout loves to sit on his bed and be a couch potato and other times he loves to be outside having some fun. He is picky on his food and will decide when to eat. Scout would like to find someone that can have some quiet cozy nights with him and other nights joyfully playing with his toys.
His ideal adopter will have an active lifestyle and the time, patience and commitment to help Scout be all he can be.
One or more meet & greets will be required to ensure a good fit. Scout is neutered and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives. Health record will be provided.
