Here's what the humans have to say about me:
* Patch is in New England and available for a meet and greet! *
Patch is a 10 month old, neutered male, Terrier mix. He is up to date on his vaccinations, HW-, and on preventatives.
Patch does great in a home with adults and children older than 14 years but gets terribly anxious and stressed out by the chaos of being in a home with younger children. Patch would do best in an adult only home. It can take him a little time to warm up to some men but you'll have his whole heart and a new best friend when he does!
Patch would love to have another playful dog to run around with. Patch loves his toys, playing tug and cuddling up with you on the couch. Patch suffered an injury before being rescued and is blind in his left eye. He is searching for his forever home in CT, ME, NH, & VT.
If you are interested in Patch, please fill out the application and we will be in touch!
Please note: We are unable to adopt to MA or RI residents at this time
Please submit an application instead of sending an inquiry even if you just have questions. Sending an inquiry will slow down the process, limit the ways that we can contact you and may send our reply email to your spam folder. Another application could be processed instead of yours for this dog.
We are always in need of foster homes in CT, VT, and TX.
All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, Adopt a Pet and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.
We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue and veterinary care of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
Ready to Adopt? The next step is to fill out our Adoption Application. A volunteer will contact you to review your application and see if your family might be the right match.
